We’ve introduces a built in Covid-19 Assessment feature. It helps your team follow a simple process and keeps an audit trail against every installation for added peace of mind.
During a Covid-19 Installer webinar run by Business Pilot, it became clear that despite demand returning from customers, installers were still concerned about getting back into people’s homes and not falling foul of the current Covid-19 guidelines.
By providing a simple step by step checklist, the assessment tool not only works as a reminder, it takes any doubts away from the office and installation team. By keeping an audit, you also have the future peace of mind that your company took reasonable steps to ensure the safety of staff and customers during installations.
Within the main system, there are a selection of pre-installation checks, which if passed, allow the installer to go to site and they, too, carry out a few simple checks (within their Business Pilot App). All of the responses to the checks (Yes or No options) are then stored against the specific installation. You can re-do checks as often as you feel it necessary. The feature also alerts installers within their App if they are dealing with a customer within the category classed as vulnerable.
