Listening to your suggestions and ideas help us to continue building the Business Pilot system. We are pleased to release that images are now enabled to be accessed in APP, and we’ve included the town on the APP Screen for Sales Representatives, Service Engineers, Surveyors and Installers.
Furthermore, Super Admin users can change employee passwords through the Manage Users section within the Admin menu.
We have also been working on lots of development pieces the last couple of weeks, and we’re very excited to inform you we will be pushing out a number of feature releases & system benefits over the weekend! Please keep an eye on incoming updates, and let us know your thoughts.

Images are now available to view in APP!
Keeping track of progress and issues out on the job site is an essential part of your business. And while many things can be put into words, sometimes the power of a picture can speak volumes. You can enable images to view at a click of the button — keeping your employees up to date in real-time.
Installers will see their enabled Images in the same place they find their Documents at present.

Customers Town included in the APP! 🏠
As the mobile APP becomes a staple in Business Pilot, we have imported the town in the address field. We are making it easier to see where you are at a glance within the customer tab.
Changing Password for your Employees 🔐
Along with the password reset process and being able to change your password when logged in through your profile settings, we have included a password reset field for Super Admin users in the Manage Users tab.
