Join us for the Business Pilot training day. During this day (held in two locations/dates) you and your team can network with other Business Pilot users, learn more advanced techniques and share best practice. We will also be sharing with you the next items you will be seeing added to Business Pilot and provide an opportunity for you to let us know what features you would like to see in the future.

1. Improving your purchasing and finances through reporting and connecting to your accounts software.

In this session we will walk through all the areas of the system relating to finances. You will get to see how using the financial features within Business Pilot can not only help to avoid costly mistakes, but also give you better control of cashflow and far higher visibility on where profit is being made (or not!). This takes the initial training to the next level and covers financial reporting and exporting your financial information to your accounts software.

2. Creating better Status Progressions to make following processes easy for your team.

In this session, we will explain how you can use Status Progressions to map out the exact processes you want your team to follow. You will learn how to set up automated tasks such as sending pre-templated emails to your customers. You will also get to see how different pipelines work for different scenarios and even how you can start a lead or contract off in one pipeline and move them to another if things change down the line.

3. Master the Schedule Board, Diaries and App to increase productivity across your business.

In this session we will go through each area in more detail to help you get the most from the system’s scheduling tools. Whether it be the new heatmaps feature allowing you to work out where different types of installs are running or the new steps available in the schedule board ‘job cards’, this session will get you optimising everyone’s time, allowing you to get more done.

In this session, we will explain how you can use Status Progressions to map out the exact processes you want your team to follow. In this session we will focus on the role of the Sales Manager and discuss how all the tools work together to make your job easier. You will learn how Web to Lead allows you to catch every enquiry, without filling your leads section with junk. You will see how the App connects with main system so that you have information coming in live whilst your salesperson is still onsite. Finally, we will explore all the reporting available to you and how to set things up in the best way to give you the information you need.

Sneak Peek, Your Ideas and Future Development

In this final session of the day, we will all come back together to give you a sneak peek into what is coming next in the Business Pilot system. We will also be asking for your ideas and discussing our longer term future developments, which will undoubtedly include some of your ideas.

Naturally, we will then finish the day off at the bar!
