NEW Placeholders
We have included a few new placeholders for email templates and documents. These include:
- «LeadType»
- «ProductType»
- «ProductInterest»
- «ContractType»
- «ContractInstallStartDate»
- «ContractInstallEndDate»
Find the complete list in your Admin menu > Manage Document Templates, and click the (i), which will open a new page with instructions on adding new placeholders within documents. The email list is available depending on the template type, aka the page, you would like the template held.
You can create email and document templates at any time, if you wish for some help in this area please contact our support team on support@businesspilot.co.uk
Install Address Reference Column added to Service Calls
To organise your columns, click any set of three dots beside a current column, click columns and select/deselect as preferred. As per our recent updates you can drag and drop the column titles to suit individual user requirements.
Reason For Call on Service Call Page
Following the instructions above, you will be able to add Reason For Call on your main Service Call screen, allowing you to visually see what you have left waiting to be booked.
Date Added on Images 📷
We have included the date the images have been taken and uploaded on the APP. This will help organise and rename images, while collating these into Marketing, Survey and Sales folders.
Supplier Reference on Delivery Page and Excel Export
Last, but not least we have included the Supplier Reference in the Deliveries page and the Excel Export.
