The Problem

Smart Vision Systems started off as a two-man team where they just did installations, and very quickly grew from that into the nationwide fabricator & installer they are today.

As they grew, Smart Vision took on more people, and carried out more jobs, the original systems they had in place quickly became obsolete. At one point, they sat down and realised that they didn’t have proper oversight of the business.

It was a constant battle of information where nobody knew anything and things weren’t being chased. 

They used a plethora of different methods, tried CRMs, tried Excel spreadsheets, but everything was just very convoluted.

The Solution

Smart Vision Systems moved everything into Business Pilot.

Essentially, they went from not utilising Business Pilot to utilising it fully within a matter of days. All of a sudden, the team knew things such as when the glass was coming, they knew that the order had been confirmed, things were being tracked, and it helped them to realise that they were overspending on glass.

It turned out to be an admin error on the glass company’s side, but no one had been tracking this before, so it never would have come to light without Business Pilot.

Everyone in the business knew things, they knew when they were going, they knew what the customer’s name was, what their phone numbers were, they knew absolutely everything they needed to do their jobs.

Smart Vision simply needed something to pull all those things together.
