Updates

Contact, Diary AND Schedule Updates!

Reason For Update: We’ve added the ability to merge contacts and search for duplicate contacts when adding a new customer to the system to avoid repetitive data. You’ll now be more aware of any possible double bookings in the diary, and the schedule board has been enhanced to allow you to book more than two jobs within one day!

Merge your duplicate Contacts!

You can merge your contact with another contact, and all existing leads (and associated contracts) will be moved to the chosen contact. In addition, you can optionally request that notes and unique emails from this contact also be migrated and specify whether you wish this contact to be deleted.

Easier to spot duplicate contacts!

The system now shows any duplicate contacts that have been found when adding a new contact. Any duplicates will be displayed in a drop-down list where you can choose to use one of the existing contacts or continue adding a new one.

No more accidental double bookings in your diary!

When booking sales and surveyor appointments within a lead or contract, your diary will use a filter to display all appointment types to avoid double bookings in error should you have users with dual/multiple roles assigned.

Additional daily slots in your schedule!

Your schedule will now allow you to book 2 AM appointments, 2 PM appointments and one full day appointment alongside an AM or PM appointment. This also applies when manually booking your jobs. AM jobs will appear before full day jobs, and PM jobs will appear after full day jobs within the schedule and when logging into the APP. Also, there is now a confirmation for scheduling manual jobs.

Business Pilot has a continual development cycle, and all new features are included within your subscription. In fact, as a user, we encourage you to ask for more! That way, we all benefit from a continually improved system.
