Reason For Update: We have keen to include the emailing links to the templates, and with the recent developments to the BPMail system we’ve recently been able to achieve such results. Now you can email letter templates, including any statements and guarantee letters you may have on your system without the need to generate them first. We have expanded this to the images too. We’ve also included a system-generated note on any emails sent or received for a clear communication trail with feedback from the BP mail release. Emailing Letter Templates
We began with invoices and purchase orders, and now we have expanded the email link over to the templates. If you are yet to set up any templates (we provide an invoice, statement and a purchase order template when you join us), please visit your Admin menu and visit Manage Email Templates. In addition, we’ve included our ‘How To Video’ below to help create even more.
Emailing Images
We’ve carried the email link through to the images, where you can now send these to customers and employee emails (see below)

We’ve added the email label to the email dropdown menu to see which emails are for Mr, Mrs, Home and Office emails etc. In addition, below this, you will find active full and sales users names within your company, allowing you to send emails internally with ease.
System generated note for emails sent and received including subject line
As we launched BP Mail, we’ve adjusted this feature to include a system-generated automatic note listing when emails are sent and received in the notes section to include the subject line to keep the communication trail better than ever.
Install Instructions have moved and now you have Lead and Contract Instructions too!
The install instructions have moved over to the fitting tab, allowing you to include specific job notes and details for the Installers APP.
Where this used to live, in the Lead area, you now have Lead Instructions, which will download on the Sales and Surveyors APP, and Contract Instructions, as you can see below.
