Within the Survey section of the App, surveyors can see their appointments and the key details for the appointment just as they would in the main Business Pilot system. Whilst on site, the surveyor can add notes, upload documents and photos, make voice memos all within the app and instantly accessible from the main system by any other user with access to that job. Now the office have live updates from site on every survey their surveyors are on.
The Install section of the App allows installers to see their jobs and the key details for the job, all live from the main Business Pilot system. Update a document in the office and installers can see it instantly on site. Users can mark whether a document is accessible on the app for ultimate flexibility. The installer can add notes, upload documents and photos, make voice memos all within the app. These are instantly accessible from the main system by any other user with access to that job. Now the office has live updates from site on every installation.
