Reason For Update:
Here’s a brief overview of all the bug fixes and small changes we completed this week.
We’ve been busy introducing new companies to Business Pilot and help streamline their businesses with our system and support, this has meant an increase in the amount of follow-up emails and emails raised in individual systems therefore to manage this we have introduced a new communication solution for Business Pilot. SendGrid provides a cloud-based service that assists businesses with email delivery to manage the growing expectations of our system.
You may have noticed a couple of days without a follow-up emails or delays with the password reset links as these were temporarily unavailable during this switchover, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
This new service is provided as part of your existing license subscription.
If you haven’t already checked out our new and improved APP, then you should check out our recent update here.
Our APP works offline, to allow users to update customer accounts and upload files later when they are in low coverage areas.
We store these files in your devices cache temporarily before connection is made to begin uploading. We have improved the amount of cache storage on the APP to improve the refresh rate of data.
On Friday after we pushed our APP release live, we experienced a small fault in booking manual jobs within the schedule where the number of days fields were not populating, this has been fixed and is back operational. We thank those who noticed it and brought it to our attention.
We want you to get the most out of your Business Pilot subscription. So, we provide a variety of How To videos and help guides. Please visit https://businesspilot.co.uk/knowledgebase/ for details.
