Reason For Update:
We continually find ways to improve the system. We have made some adjustments to tasks, the diary and improvements to the lead grid.
Tasks
As personnel changes, tasks are reassigned. We have improved the open tasks tab to allow other users to complete tasks for users that have become inactive.
We’ve introduced a pop up confirmation when completing tasks out of the dashboard, reducing deletions in error.
Daily Task Emails
You may have noticed a pause in these emails and they are now back online. This was due to some updates on Microsoft Azure and we’ve made the required changes to resume service. Some may refer the emails as follow-up emails, with the recent Status Progression works these are now better known as task emails, these will reach you in the mornings if enabled within your individual company settings.
Diary Descriptions
The description field on diary appointments has been recalibrated to save a note on the customers file as this is left, ensuring there are no lost notes in-between the diary and the customers file.
Install Address Reference within the Lead Grid
We’ve included a new column within the Lead page, this is a hidden column and each user can choose whether to show these or not. (see below)
Drag & Drop your columns to suit you in the Lead Grid
Additionally, we’ve developed the functionality to drag and drop columns into your own personalised view. This will be saved along with new filters above. This will persist for up-to a day after the last time the grid was loaded. After this time the grid resets to the default view.
