Reason For Update:
Previously Self-Certification was referred to as FENSA so this has been changed because we wanted to introduce the more recognised universal term for the need for recording of this data for our customers using other registration schemes. It was also noted from customer feedback that it would be good to better highlight the need for both Self-Certification and Insurance Backed Guarantee from the original Lead meaning the operations department in your company have a clearer indication of what is expected on each contract from the outset.
This data was also captured behind the Guarantees tab only which is slightly hidden so by providing a toggle to manage the data on the main tab it directs the user to fill in the relevant data….
On the Lead page you will be asked if a Self Cert (FENSA) and Ins. Backed Guarantee is required. These options will default as yes. If no is selected, these options below will not appear in the Contract page under the ‘Guarantee’ tab.
Warranty, Self Certification and Insurance Backed Guarantee will replace the previous fields carrying the information over from previous entries.
