Elton chats to…Savannah Rich of DNA Window Solutions!
Savannah is the administrator for the company, so Business Pilot is a big part of her day-to-day working life. Having everything in one place has been a huge benefit for the DNA Window Solutions team, to help the whole company become more efficient.

As in most of these chats, pinning down just one favourite feature was a tricky ask for Savannah, but in the end, it was our Interactive Schedule Board that came out on top!
It’s always so great to hear such positive things direct from Business Pilot Users, who use the system regularly, and as Savannah says, you’ve got to stick with it! At the beginning, change can be difficult, but once you get over that hurdle, the system just becomes part of your everyday, making life that bit easier for installers!
