How to Add a Document Type

To add a Document type you will need to have the Super Admin permission, if you do not have this please ask your manager to carry out this task.

  1. Head to the Main Menu.
  2. At the bottom of the list click ‘Admin’, click ‘Manage Document Types’
  3. Press the button on the top left-hand side corner ‘+ Add New’.
  4. Type in the Name, for example Supplier Quote.
  5. Tick the active box.
  6. Once finished click update on the right-hand side.
  7. If you refresh the page and head to the lead page this type will now be included as a selection.
