How To Add a New or Amend an Pipeline

To Do This:

  1. In your Main Menu, head to the Admin section and select Manage Lead Pipelines or Manage Contract Pipelines.
  2. Select ‘+ Add Pipeline’, to create a new pipeline. Enter the name of your Pipeline.
  3. You can copy an existing pipeline and add more statuses to it. Select the pipeline you’d like to copy and then select ‘Add’.
  4. To amend the pipeline, simply select the ‘Edit’ button beside the Pipeline.
  5. You can then add or remove statuses and progressions to build up your pipeline.
  6. To create a Pipeline from scratch, select the ‘+ Add Pipeline’ button. Enter a name for the pipeline and leave the copy option blank. Select ‘Add’ when finished.
  7. To edit the pipeline, select the ‘Edit’ button. Each Pipeline will come with some compulsory statuses. – These allow your Leads and Contracts to progress within the system.
  8. To add your own statuses within the pipeline, simply select ‘+ Add Status’ and fill in the details. (Please watch our How To Create A Status for more information on how to do this).
  9. Drag and drop the status to put it in order.
