How To Add a New User

To Do This:

  1. In the Main Menu, head to the Admin section and select ‘Manage Users’.
  2. Select ‘+ Add Account’.
  3. Enter a First Name, Last Name and Email Address.
  4. Select the Roles you’d like to assign to the user. (A detailed How To video about roles can be found in our Knowledgebase / YouTube Channel.)
  5. Enter a Password and a Confirmed Password. This can be changed if needed.
  6. Select a Licence. (If you need to add a Licence, please email support@businesspilot.co.uk) You can add a Purchase Order Limit if needed but this isn’t compulsory. Select Save once complete.
