How To Add and Edit a Note on an Enquiry

To Do This:

  1. Click the edit button beside the enquiry and scroll down to the Latest Notes box at the bottom of the page.
  2. Select the + icon to add a note. Enter as required and select Add.
  3. To edit the note, select the pencil icon on the relevant note and edit as required. Remember to select Update.
  4. If you scroll to the top of the page and select the Notes tab, you’ll also find your notes here.
  5. You can add a note here by selecting the + Add Note button. You can also edit by selecting the edit pencil button beside it.
