To Do This:
- Within your Contract under the Service tab, click the blue edit icon beside the Service Call.
- Enter an update in the ‘Reason For Call’ and select ‘View/Amend Booking’ if you need to schedule another appointment.
- Enter an update in the ‘Reason For Call’ and select ‘View/Amend Booking’ if you need to schedule another appointment.
- Select ‘Save’ when completed.
- If you head to the Appointments tab, you’ll notice that the new appointment is also listed. This tab is a good way to keep tabs on what appointments have been booked.
- To delete a Service Call, head back to the Service tab and select the red dustbin beside the Service Call you’d like to remove. Select ‘Yes’ to confirm.
- If you head back to the Appointments tab, you’ll see the Service Call appointments are no longer listed. Alternatively, you can do all of this in the Service Call area within the system.
