- To change the marketing preferences of a contact, lead or contract you will need to visit the contact page, you can do this by clicking on the main menu and clicking contacts, ‘Active Contacts’. Alternatively, if you are currently in a lead/contract page in the top right-hand side corner you will have their name hyperlinked to the contact page.
- You will find the marketing preferences below the accounts reference in the middle, simply press the x to delete these options or click the white space in the field to add additional methods.
- Once complete press save in the bottom right-hand side corner to secure the amendments.
