How to Change the Colours within the Schedule Board

The colours in the Schedule Board display the Contract type and the Product type.

The Product Type is automatically displayed as the main job card colour. You can change this under the Admin tab in the main menu, under ‘Manage Schedule Settings’.

To change the Contract Type colouring:

  1. Begin by heading to the main menu, clicking Admin, ‘Manage Contract Types’.
  2. Find the Contract Type you would like to change.
  3. Press Edit and change the BG colour.
  4. Press Update

To change the Product Type colouring:

  1. Begin by heading to the main menu, clicking Admin, ‘Manage Product Types’.
  2. Find the Product Type you would like to change.
  3. Press Edit and change the BG colour.
  4. Press Update
