- Firstly, click on the main menu, Lead, then ‘Live Leads’. Alternatively, type in the lead number you are looking for in the search bar.
(If you have only entered the customer as a contact you will have to proceed to setting this customer as a lead or save the install address in the permanent notes for a later date when the customer is ready to continue and obtain a quotation).
- Load the lead page for the customer and on the lead page it asks for the install address, keep this the same if the address is the same to the one in the contact page.
- Alternatively, if this differs please enter the new postcode and press the magnifying glass to search the address, if the address is not there you can enter this manually and is a requirement currently for all international addresses outside of the United Kingdom at present.
- Once you have entered the details, the reference can be set as the name of the occupiers, when you have entered all required fields please press update on the bottom left-hand side of the page.
