How to Convert an Enquiry to a Contact

  1. Head to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Enquiries.
  3. Click the pencil icon for the Enquiry you wish to convert.
  4. Click the ‘Convert to Contact’ button at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
  5. You can look through the Contacts with similar details on the drop down menu.
  6. If there are no matches, click ‘Create Contact’.
  7. Fill out the fields within the Contact page.
  8. When finished, click ‘Save’.
  9. If you would like to continue setting this up into a Lead, click ‘Add Lead’.
