To Do This:
- Within the Lead, select the ‘Move/Copy Lead’ button and select ‘Copy Lead’.
- Select Yes or No on whether you’d like to Copy the Lead Documents, Images, Notes and Emails. Select ‘Copy’.
- At the top of the Lead page, select the ‘Click here to view’ to view the Lead.
- Edit and progress the Lead as required.
