- Head to the Main Menu.
- Click Enquiries.
- Clear all filters.
- Click ‘Export to Excel’.
- Once the Excel sheet opens press ‘Enable editing’ in the yellow banner at the top of the page.
- Scroll to column ‘O’ with the heading ‘Marketing’.
- Click ‘Sort & Filter’ in the top, right-hand side of the screen.
- Select ‘Filter’.
- Click the new filter besides the heading on column ‘O’.
- Select/deselect all marketing with email listed.
- Copy and paste the email addresses into the +bcc field in any marketing platform you choose.
