How To Create a Status

To Do This:

  1. Within your Lead or Contract Pipeline, scroll down the to Statuses section and select ‘+ Add Status’.
  2. Enter the Name of the Status. Select a Color (this may be a color you associate with the status and will appear in your actual pipeline as background to the text).
  3. Select the number of days you’d like the status to flag if it hasn’t been completed. (This isn’t compulsory and can be left blank). Select ‘Add’.
  4. The Status will automatically be added at the bottom. To move this to it’s correct order, simply drag and drop it in place.
