To do this:
- In your Main Menu, under ‘Admin’, Select ‘Manage Users’.
- Select the ‘Edit’ button on the user you’d like to deactivate.
- Scroll down to the Licence and change this to ‘Select’. Scroll down to the Licence and change this to ‘Select’.
- Change the ‘Is Active?’ toggle to ‘Suspended’. And select Save.
- At the top, left hand-side of the screen, select ‘Add Account’.
- Enter the First and Last Name and Email Address of the new user.
- Select the roles you’d like the new user to have. And enter the password you’d like to assign to the user. Remember to include a non alphanumeric character.
- Select the Licence you’d like to assign to the new user.
- And select ‘Save’.
