How To Deactivate and Reassign a Licence to a New User

To do this:

  1. In your Main Menu, under ‘Admin’, Select ‘Manage Users’.
  2. Select the ‘Edit’ button on the user you’d like to deactivate.
  3. Scroll down to the Licence and change this to ‘Select’. Scroll down to the Licence and change this to ‘Select’.
  4. Change the ‘Is Active?’ toggle to ‘Suspended’. And select Save.
  5. At the top, left hand-side of the screen, select ‘Add Account’.
  6. Enter the First and Last Name and Email Address of the new user.
  7. Select the roles you’d like the new user to have. And enter the password you’d like to assign to the user. Remember to include a non alphanumeric character.
  8. Select the Licence you’d like to assign to the new user.
  9. And select ‘Save’.
