To Do This:
- Beside your Service request, select the PDF document icon in blue.
- A Service Call Work Document will download and use placeholder’s to pull through the relevant information. You can use this document whilst out on a Service appointment.
- You can download it and upload it to your documents for your Service Engineer’s to use whilst on site.
- Or, you can print this and fill it out at the appointment and take a picture to upload this into the Contract documents.
