To Do This:
- Within your Contact page, scroll down to a number and select the phone icon.
- A Pop-Up box will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. Select ‘Pick an app’ to select the programme you’d like to make the call from.
- In MS Windows, this could be Skype etc., or it can link in with a desktop VOIP app, or on a mobile, it will initiate the call.
- This same feature is replicated within the Lead page. Skype has been selected as the preferred option but you can alter this choice in settings.
