- Firstly, click on the menu and click on ‘Live Leads’, alternatively type in the lead number you are looking for in the search bar at the top of the page.
- Load the lead page for the customer, look on the right-hand side to see where the appointment is currently and click where it says ‘Booked For: (Sales Person)’.
- Find the current appointment date, double click the ticket, click delete.
- Organise and re-book this for a later date.
- The system will automatically make a note of the changes in the lead notes.
