How To Manage Document Types

To Do This:

  1. In the Main Menu, head to the Admin section and select ‘Manage Document Types’.
  2. You can list as many Document Types as you need. These will be listed in alphabetical order.
  3. Select ‘+ Add New’ to add a new Document Type and enter the name of the Document Type in the box. Tick the Active box and select Update.
  4. To edit a Document Type, select the edit button beside it. If you make any changes, remember to select Update once completed.
  5. Alternatively, if you want to delete the Document Type then select the red delete button beside it. Select Yes to confirm.
  6. Alternatively, if you want to delete the Document Type then select the red delete button beside it. Select Yes to confirm.
