How To Move a Lead Back to Prospect

To do this:

  1. Mark the Lead as ‘Lost’ in your pipeline. Select the Loss Date (you can always back date this) and the Reason for Loss – ‘Move Back to Prospect’.
  2. Set a Task for the relevant person to follow up with the customer. Select when you’d like them to follow up with them and a note of what to do.
  3. Select Confirm. The lead will be moved back to prospect.
