- Firstly type in your systems URL.
- Press ‘Forgot Password?’.
- Go to outlook or your email provider and press the button ‘Reset Password’.
- Type in your email address (username).
- Type in your new password.
- Confirm your password below.
- Press ‘Reset’.
- ‘Click the blue hyperlink. ‘click here to log in’.
- Sign in as usual with your new password.
