(To access these reports, you will need the correct permissions on your account. If you cannot see Reports in the menu you will have to speak to your manager to amend the permissions on your account)
- Head to the Main Menu.
- Click ‘Reports’.
- To run a Balance Outstanding Report please find this near the top, left-hand side of the page for Retail reports and the left-hand side for Trade.
- Choose the date range you would like the reports to contain
- Press the icon containing the Excel ‘X’ symbol to run this report.
