How to Search a Customer Using a Phone Number

  1. You can search for a customer in various ways, depending where they are in the process you can search in either of these tabs Contacts, ‘Active Contacts’. Leads, ‘Live Leads’ or Contracts, ‘Live Contracts’.
  2. Once you visit the relevant page, you find each column followed by three vertical dots.
  3. Click the dots on the phone number column, go down to filter and click here, this will open a new grid.
  4. You will want to show items that contains, and then type a partial or full phone number in the box below, press filter/ or the enter bar this will take you back to the relevant page you have chosen with the filter in place.
  5. You may have a couple of matches if you have typed in a partial number, find the customer you are looking for and press the edit button that looks like a pencil.
  6. Doing this through the Contact page, you have tabs across the top to move between contact/lead and contract pages. If a customer has leads assigned to their account you will be able to see the conversion Live, Sold, or your reason for loss e.g. B/O for Blow out.
  7. There are quick links in each of these pages to navigate through each of these pages if you need to travel in between.
