Lead Contact Information – Add Contact Name, Phone and Email Addresses for Install Address Occupiers here.
If the installation requires a separate contact from the Customer, i.e. an end-user for a contractor or a tenant in a rental property, now it’s possible to add their name & contact details to the lead page.
We have brought through a lead contact facility that is only specific to the lead. When sending lead and contract emails, it would show contact emails and lead emails in the dropdown menus and display the full details in the Contract area and on our Site App.
Prefix/Suffix for contract numbers e.g. 70734RW in ref to Contract Types
New Contracts moving forward can have a Prefix, or Suffix added depending on the Contract Type, with the ability to backdate it if you like. Within the Admin menu, under Manage Contract Types, you can organise these using the ‘Contract Type Code’ and selecting whether to display these within your Contract Numbers.
Please note that the numbering is still sequential across all contracts.
Toggle on PO – Site Delivery Yes/No and Purchase Order to include Install Address in Excel Export!
We’ve seen a significant uptake in Site Deliveries and making the most of your schedule boards recently. We saw in the training days how it would be helpful to know if the products are being delivered directly to the installation address or your yard. So we’ve added a toggle to show you exactly that.
And we’ve added the Install Address details to the Excel Export in Deliveries and PO’s, too – please check it out in your system.
Easy route to add new suppliers from Job Costs and Purchase Order pages.
We’ve added a button to add new suppliers on Purchase Orders and Job Cost pages for ease. If you click the ‘+’ icon, you’ll be directed to the contact page to insert the supplier’s details.
To make adding suppliers as easy as possible, we have also added a link to the Purchase Orders & Job Costs grids as well.
New Purchase Order Specific Placeholder
We’ve also added a new PO table placeholder excluding any values, great for your installers.
