Multiple Service Call Appointments
We’ve expanded the possibility of booking multiple appointments to the Service call area. Now you can book multiple bookings for Sales and Survey Appointments and Service Calls. Simply press ‘View/Amend Booking’ and book another appointment in the diary. A record of these appointments is accessible through the appointment tabs on their Lead/Contract page.
Service Call Engineer
When filtering the service call diary to a specific user, this will now carry the service engineers name through to the ‘For’ field when booking such an appointment. This now mirrors the Sales, Surveys and Manual Appointments in the Diary.
Finance – Target Profit Percentage
We’ve added a manual field to allow the user to input an expected % of Profit which can be found in the Finance tab in the Contract page, visible to select users depending on their roles and permissions. In addition, this information can be found on completed contracts/job cost report
Even more Placeholders!
As requested by one of our users, we’ve included placeholders for the Guarantee Date like the Self-Cert date recently added and the Contract Guarantee Number. To amend or create new letter templates please visit your Admin menu and head to ‘Manage Document Templates’ a help sheet is available on this page on the (i) icon beside the page title.
