We have added a new role in BP ‘Sales Admin’. For continuity this has been automatically added for all users so that they can still access the Enquiries area. If you would like to turn off the Enquiries tab for any of your users, you can simply remove ‘Sales Admin’ from their account through the Admin > Manage Users menu.

If you would like to turn this feature off please visit your Admin menu and click Manage Users.
Find the user you wish to exclude from viewing this page, click the edit icon beside their details, and click the ‘x’ after Sales Admin. By clicking Save, the Enquiries menu will be hidden from their menu.

As you can see in the example below, all full users can access and view the Purchase Orders, although to add these to the system, the user requires either ‘Purchasing’ or ‘Purchase Order Admin’ or, of course ‘Super Admin’, which allows complete access and authority of the system.
