Reason For Update
With more and more companies using Status Progression to their advantage, with your help we spot various enhancements and improvements to the functionality we released just before the year end.
Ordering of Statuses with Multiple Progressions
We have improved the visual display of statuses in the Lead/Contract banner if there are multiple progressions set. If you have more than one progression listed for a single status then there will be an arrow displayed indicating a drop down option:
Status Records
The status records are in order of ‘last clicked’ instead of the timeframe listed. This helps when you need to backdate contracts, or move backwards in the customer journey for whichever reason.
‘Mark as Sold’ & ‘Sold’ Statuses
Whether you click ‘Mark as Sold’ or ‘Sold’ you will find the green banner appear to set up the contract, before when you clicked ‘Sold’ this bypassed the contract set-up.
‘On Hold’ Contracts showing on Excel Export
We have included an additional column on the Contract exports to excel to indicate the ‘Active/On Hold’ option within the Contract area so you can export and find exactly which customers who have had to delay installation for any reason, especially in the times we face this will help you get your installations moving again as and when required.
Business Pilot has a continual development cycle and all new features are included within your subscription. In fact, as a user, we encourage you to ask for more! That way, we all benefit from a continually improved system.
