Updates

Updates to Purchase orders, New Enquiry reports and MI Dashboards!

Reason For Update: Here At Business Pilot we want to ensure we are making continuous updates to all areas of the system to ensure everyone is able to get the most out of the CRM.

Enquiry Reports

There is a report for everything and now we have introduced Enquiry conversion reports. Along with the other reports, the Enquiry conversion report can be exported in an extended Excel format or a reduced PDF version. The Excel format will provide you with information from the initial enquiry along with the status and where this progressed to, being a lead or contact. The lead status information and quoted/sold value is also included. The PDF format is reduced to the initial enquiry and enquiry progression.

This can be found under the normal Reports Tab with all the others.

If you would like help to understand this or any of our detailed reports and what they can do for your business then please contact our Training Department and we would be happy to tailor bespoke sessions for you and your colleagues.

Alert on Purchase Orders Tab

When opening the Contract record the Purchase Orders tab has been updated to flag in RED should you have any outstanding purchase orders, meaning they are either still Provisional or with Confirmed delivery dates after the first date of installation.

This is the same as the Invoice Tab display when there is an outstanding balance.

This will also flag within the Job Card on the Schedule board as well making it easier to see whether you are ready for installation or not.

MI Marketing Report updates

The marketing dashboard has been updated with an additional column of AOV (average order value) for each element within the marketing dashboard.

We have also modified the display within the % Cost/Sale column so that any Source with a budget attached with No Sales will show as a 100% cost rather than Zero. Although this is technically not correct we felt it was a better flag to show where you have incurred cost vs those Sources with No budget.

Sales Period Order

With this update, you can no force the order of your Sales Periods. Previously these were just in the order they were entered or numerical. Similar to the Pipeline area you can now move the order of the periods up and down should you need to ensure your Sales Reporting area is easy to follow.

Business Pilot has a continual development cycle and all new features are included within your subscription. In fact, as a user, we encourage you to ask for more! That way, we all benefit from a continually improved system.
