«ContractInstallTeam» Placeholder
We’ve added «ContractInstallTeam» to the email and document templates so you can advise customers which fit team will attend their installation, great for satisfaction notes too.
Using templated emails and documents can save hours for you and your team. The support team at Business Pilot can help with document creation if this is something you are not comfortable with. This is a paid service but very cost effective. If this is of interest please contact support@businesspilot.co.uk. You can of course do this easily yourself within Business Pilot. Any Admin/Super Admin can access the Admin menu and select Manage Document Templates, here you will find an (i) near the title to help explain the process and the full list of placeholders available to you to use.
Holiday Appointment Type
Sales, Service and Survey appointments should still be booked as normal either through the designative Service call page or the Customers Lead or Contract page. However ‘Standard’, also know as ‘Purple’ or ‘Manual’ appointments, now have two options. A Standard appointment type, keeping it as a usual purple appointment and a new ‘holiday’ appointment type.
Admin/ Super Admins Accessing Last Log-in Dates
Super Admin and Admin role level users can now access the last log-in date for users by visiting the Admin Menu, Manage Users. Keeping an eye when users are logging in, using the system or the APP as expected. This is a great addition as we know the more your users use the system, the better the outcomes for your business.
Install Address Reference Moved to the First Lead Page
The Install Address Reference appeared on the secondary Lead screen where you can book Sales appointments, we have moved this field to the primary page for ease of entry.
Image Rotation Optimisation
With images uploaded on the APP, these go through a digital program to rotate the correct way – we have improved the optimisation for images taken in portrait mode to try and ensure they are displayed the way they were intended.
