Introducing our integration with Xero

Reason For Update: Over at Business Pilot we want to provide you with the best CRM that can make those daily tasks easier and quicker; accounting and finance being one of them.

Do you use Business Pilot? Do you use Xero? if you said yes to both of those then we have just made your accounting easier and smoother by introducing an API integration with Xero which allows you to connect Business Pilot directly to Xero.

How does it work?

Much like our other integrations, to link your organisation to Xero within Business pilot you will be required to connect the two .

Once connected you will be able to manage and sync many features such as your Contacts, Costs, Invoices, Nominal Modes and syncing your VAT codes.

The setup will attempt to match existing contacts in BP with those in Xero based on “Account reference Field”

Invoices

Once connected with Xero you will continue to create invoices within Business Pilot in the exact same way as you do now, which will then be found in Xero. Once payments received in your bank account are allocated/reconciled to invoices in Xero these payments will pass through the API to Business Pilot allocating them to the invoices within BP.

Looking to get connected?

If you’re using Xero and looking to get connected with Business Pilot head over to our “Xero Integration Guide” here, which will detail step by step of getting connected along with other features of the integration.

Business Pilot has a continual development cycle and all new features are included within your subscription. In fact, as a user, we encourage you to ask for more! That way, we all benefit from a continually improved system.
