We’re excited to announce a great new addition to our BPsite App – the BPsite Report Form.
This new feature enables you to take multiple images, mark them up and add notes to create a complete PDF report that’s automatically saved in the documents area of the contract.
This feature can be used for a variety of onsite reports. Whether it’s a survey, completed installation or service call, it’s really easy to create a professional report with all the extra details that you need to share with your team or your customer.
How to use the Site Report Form
In the BPsite App, open the job you need a report for.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen, where you will see a new button with clipboard icon – tap this button to open the Site Report window.
Tap ‘Add Image’ and you can either take a photo using your camera or add a photo that’s already on your device.
Once the image is uploaded, you will have the option to edit it. Tap ‘Edit Image’ to open the editor.
You have a number of tools available for edits:
- Folder icon (top left) – Allows you to select a new image from your gallery
- Undo/Redo
- Crop
- Add Shapes – great for circling or highlighting details on the image
- Add Text – perfect for adding measurements to images
- Add Handwritten Text
- Adjustments – for brightness, etc.
Once you’ve made your edits, you can hit ‘Save’. Then, you can add your Location reference and enter any additional notes and information in the text box.
You can then choose ‘Add Next’ to add another image. Once you’ve uploaded multiple images and notes you can scroll through them using the forward & backward arrows.
Once you’re happy with all your images and notes, tap ‘Submit Report’
The App will generate a PDF document, which is automatically named in this format: ‘SiteReport-[CustomerName]-[SiteReportDate].pdf’ and saved in the Documents tab, in the App and in the main Business Pilot system.
The report will have a front cover with all the customer details, and key details from the Site Report.
It’s as simple as that! We hope this is a valuable new addition to the App for you and your teams onsite.
