Additional Contact Details Pulled Through
In the BPsite App, you’ll now see that all phone numbers and email addresses associated with a contract are pulled through on the Job screen, rather than just the installation phone number and email.
Handy information for your fitting team to have at their fingertips if they need to call customers ahead and can’t get an answer from the installation number.
Sales Appointments - Location
In Sales Appointments, we have added in the Appointment Location for clarity.
On virtual and showroom appointments, the Map has been removed as well, to make it clear that your sales guys don’t need to be heading out on the road for a home visit.
Sales Appointments – ‘Mark as Ongoing’ Added
We have added a new option to mark Sales Appointments as ongoing, so that it’s clear when appointments are completed but your team are still awaiting a decision from the customer.
Thank you to everyone who has sent us feedback on the App so far. We’ve been working on these small bugs and the following issues have now been fixed:
- Long install instructions being cut off on iPhones
- Uploaded image rotation issues
- Apple Maps inaccuracy
Old Mobile App Now Offline
Just a reminder that the old HTML version of the App has been taken offline, so please ensure that all of your team are now using the latest version of the BPsite App.
