These Terms and Conditions apply to The Business Pilot Holiday Prize Draw 2025 (the “Prize Draw”) run by Business Pilot (“the Promoter”).
The Promoter is Business Pilot (CRM) Limited, Unit M1, De Havilland Court, Penn Street, Bucks, England, HP7 0PX.
2.1. The Prize Draw is open only to existing, current customers of Business Pilot who receive the official invitation email or system update.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are excluded from entry.
2.3. Entry is conditional upon the completion of the entire customer feedback survey.
The Prize Draw begins on Monday 1st December 2025 and closes at 23:59 GMT on Thursday 18th December 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be entered into the draw.
4.1. To enter, individuals must complete all mandatory questions within the customer feedback survey located at https://businesspilot.co.uk/holiday-prize-draw-2025.
4.2. Only one entry is permitted per unique Business Pilot user account/email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5.1. The prize consists of Ten (10) individual Amazon Vouchers, each valued at £50 GBP.
5.2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
6.1. The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
6.2. The draw will be conducted by entering all the names into a random name generator on Friday 19th December.
6.3. The winners will be notified via the email address provided in the survey within 1 day of the draw.
6.4. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 weeks of the notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random.
7.1. By entering the Prize Draw, the participant consents to the Promoter using their personal data for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw (e.g., selection and notification of winners).
7.2. Survey responses will be anonymised for internal reporting purposes, unless separate consent for quote usage was explicitly given in of the survey.
7.3. The Promoter will, if consent is given in the survey, publish the winner’s name, role, and company name in the winner announcement. You can object to this by contacting the Promoter at gethelp@businesspilot.co.uk.
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.2. Entry to the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8.3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
