Support Coordinator
Remote, UK | £26,500 to £29,500 depending on experience
Our Support team is the first point of contact when something goes wrong, or when a customer wants to get more out of the system. We are looking for someone to join that team and help keep our support response sharp as we grow.
What you will be doing
You will work alongside our Customer Care Manager handling incoming calls, emails and support tickets from our customer base. You will start across 1st and 2nd line queries, with scope to move into higher tiers as you build product knowledge. If you already know Business Pilot as a user, you will likely come in closer to 3rd line.
Day to day, that means:
Answering and resolving customer support calls, emails and tickets
Working with our trainers and development team so queries get answered properly and on time
Logging and tracking support activity in our own CRM
Keeping customers updated on the progress of their queries
Helping test new features and releases before they go live
What you will bring
Experience in the window and door installation industry, ideally in Operations, though we will also consider strong candidates from Sales, Scheduling or Service roles within the sector
A good telephone manner and the patience to deal with frustrated customers calmly
Strong organisational skills and comfort working in a systems driven environment
Experience working as part of a team, and managing more than one thing at once
Confidence with Microsoft Office and prior experience using a CRM system
Understanding how installation companies actually run their day to day operations matters more to us than which department you sat in.

This is a fully remote role, with one team meeting per month plus occasional other meetings as needed. Salary is £26,500 to £29,500, flexible for the right candidate.
