Business Pilot’s integration of Blink Payment has been hailed as a “game changer” by users, improving cash flow, reducing admin, and making payments more convenient for customers.
The integration, launched in November 2024, allows Business Pilot users to generate unique payment links which are automatically added to invoices. Customers can then pay securely via bank transfer, credit or debit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
Payments are automatically recorded in the Business Pilot system, streamlining financial management and reducing the need for manual reconciliation.
Ryan Schofield, Technical Director at Business Pilot, expressed his delight at the success of the integration: “We knew from the outset that this would be a valuable addition for our customers, but the response has been phenomenal.
“The integration with Blink Payment has significantly improved the way installation companies manage their finances. Faster payments, fewer overdue invoices, and reduced admin time – that’s what this integration is delivering.”
For installation companies, cash flow is critical. Studies show that invoices with payment links are paid three times faster than traditional methods. Many Business Pilot users are already seeing the benefits, with reports of reduced payment chasing and improved efficiency.
Steph Lawrence from 3 Counties (Sandhurst) Ltd shared her experience:
“Business Pilot’s integration with Blink Payment has been a real game changer for us! It’s saved our business a lot of money and cut our payment chasing in half. Customers love the convenience, and we’re seeing much faster payments.”
Leanne Houghton from Wokingham Glazing added:
“The Blink Payment integration came at a perfect time. We now include payment links in every invoice email, making the process much more efficient. Blink Payment also offered competitive rates, which made the switch an easy decision.”
With such strong positive feedback, Business Pilot continues to reaffirm its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. The Blink Payment integration is just one advancement aimed at making installers’ businesses more efficient and profitable.
And installation companies will have the opportunity to see first-hand how Business Pilot’s CRM is transforming businesses, with live demonstrations of the Blink Payment integration and other powerful features, at the FIT Show 2025.
“We’re excited to showcase how Business Pilot can help installers run more efficient and profitable businesses,” added Ryan. “The FIT Show is always a great opportunity to connect with industry professionals, and we look forward to demonstrating the real-world benefits that Business Pilot offers.”
The FIT Show 2025 takes place at the NEC Birmingham from 29th April – 1st May 2025, and Business Pilot will be on Stand G38.
