Michael Bennett, Managing Director at Insulating Windows joins us for this latest episode of Elton Chats To…and he dives straight in, saying that the BP system has been ‘humongous’ for the development of his business.
As an early adopter of Business Pilot, Insulating Windows has seen our CRM System develop over the years and it’s great to chat to Michael who has been on our journey with us!
Discussing how Business Pilot has been embraced by his team, Michael says:
“We kind of grew with you guys…we watched new things being introduced and it became something that worked really well for us…as it grew and grew, it became more and more relevant to further people within our business…it’s been a really nice journey to be on.”
Still a salesperson at heart, Michael loves how much the Business Pilot system helps with admin, making everything easier and more straightforward, so that he and his team can get on with the important bits, like selling and installing!
They make use of Business Pilot’s integration with Tommy Trinder for creating quotes and by investing some time in a thorough set-up early on, have now removed the need for paperwork. It means that as MD, Michael can have his finger on the pulse from anywhere, at any time.
The BP Community has also been a great support to the Insulating Windows team and the connections that Michael has made through Business Pilot have been the ‘golden ticket’ for him as he has developed his career in the glazing industry.
Michael offers great advice to installation businesses who are either new to using Business Pilot or just starting the onboard process too. He says: “I think the best way to look at is to look at the problems that it’s going to solve for you.”
