Business Pilot has an automated link (API) with Tommy Trinder’s Framepoint® App. You can use the App to sketch out windows and doors, use the home visualiser, price up jobs and create quotes.
Customer information that is held in the contacts and leads sections in Business Pilot will automatically appear in the Framepoint App, without needing to re-enter any information.
At the same time, any quotations, survey information, contracts and purchase orders that are created within the Framepoint App are shared back into Business Pilot.
We’ve also linked Business Pilot with Windowlink’s Focus (Window and Door) and Vector (Conservatory) sales and survey software.
This connection is done by importing leads from your Business Pilot system into the Windowlink software system. Then, once the job has been quoted and surveyed, those documents can be uploaded into Business Pilot with the contract and any other important documents.
All the information is then stored in your contracts area, for easy, 24/7 access for your whole team.
