Since Business Pilot is all about the Business Pilot Community, we thought it would be good to share a little about the team behind Business Pilot. This month, its Rebecca Taylor.
Rebecca’s role at Business Pilot is multifaceted! There’s a good chance you have dealt with Rebecca in supporting either yourself or a colleague to get the most out of the system. That may have been through ‘support’ or ‘training’. Rebecca really is the oracle of all knowledge when it comes to Business Pilot. She is key to our building such a strong community of users.
Rebecca Joined Business Pilot in July 2019. She had worked within an installation company previous to joining the team at Business Pilot. That is really important for us. After all, it is the system that has been built for installers, by installers. That installation company experience helps us build a better solution.
Rebecca’s favourite Business Pilot feature would be the email, and document templates which work alongside BP MAIL.
Working on these few features together can make the most significant impact on your day to day. With our templates, you can use placeholders that temporarily “holds a place” in a document or email template. In the customers’ record, producing such email or template, these pull the information you would like to insert automatically from what you’ve already entered into their file.
All this means there’s no need to manually write another email to confirm appointments, request payments or even to send a prospect your brochures. Allowing you to spend more time on the critical things.
Outside of Business Pilot, Rebecca enjoys attending live musical performances, city adventures and travelling, and spending time with her family, friends and her cute cockapoo.
She’s typically the second person you would meet on your journey with Business Pilot, where she takes care in learning about your business intimately, ensuring you’re comfortable with the system, support queries as needed and will help you make the most of your time and input while you’re with us.
