“Every single person is happy” with Business Pilot

We’re going North with this version of Elton chats to…!

This episode features Lianne McGuire, Operations Manager at Clydebuilt Home Improvements, based in Glasgow. She says:

“[Business Pilot] has really has changed our company, it really has changed our processes as well. And it’s made everything a lot more streamlined…it makes my job a lot easier…I’m completely happy. And again, that’s coming from all departments within our business here at Clydebuilt as well…every single person is happy with it.”

In the video, Lianne also talks about how much time is being saved thanks to the FENSA and Business Pilot API link. Clydebuilt register more than 50 installations every week and the FENSA integration in particular has “saved us having to hire another member of staff”.

Using Business Pilot is also supporting the Clydebuilt team as they expand their range of home improvement products.

“It’s not just windows and doors that we are doing. We’re now going to conservatories, garden rooms, thermopanels, and again, this system can hold all that information for us as well. So it’s not as if we have to then have a different system per product, we can put everything onto the one system, and it can hold all the information and give us exactly what we need.”
